Printing in isometric is quite difficult. However, using the simple techniques outlined below will make this a relatively easy process. |
1. The first stage is to set up the guidelines that ensure the letters are level and give an equal space between each letter. The guidelines should be extremely faint, in fact, so faint that if you stand up and look down at your work the guidelines can hardly be seen. |
2. Draw each letter in the correct box. This will allow you to see if the height and the width look right. You may feel that there is a need to alter the measurements. At this stage colour can be applied to see if the chosen colour is suitable. |
3. Draw the
guidelines in isometric projection using a 30 degree set square. Always
make sure guidelines are faint. |
4. The letters can now be drawn carefully in each of the boxes. Colour can also applied. |
Select a well known
manufactures name and draw it in isometric projection. Go through all
the stages outlined above.
