So far, you have studied the scale of production in large
and small organisations. Produce a single report that draws together all the
information you have gathered.
Your report must include;
1. Descriptions of the scales of
production,
2. Key stages in the production of the
examples you described in your worksheets. (make sure that you follow one
product in great detail - from the sourcing of materials to finishing and
packaging).
Explain how the changing scale of production affects the organisation of the
manufacturing system.
A report should be organised carefully. Below is a suggested outline.
