Dear Parent/Guardian,
I am writing to inform you of your son’s/daughter’s poor attitude to work
in Technology. A positive attitude is essential if he/she is to be
successful in the GCSE examinations, at the end of the course. Despite a
considerable amount of individual attention, your son/daughter is still
not adopting a positive attitude to learning. His/her behaviour is also
beginning to have an adverse effect on the work of other pupils.
Staff in the Department will continue to monitor your son’s/daughter’s
work and attitude. Also, staff will check carefully that homework is
entered in his/her homework diary and consequently you will be able to see
what work has been set and when it is due in school.
