Constant Pupil Interruption During Lessons

Dear Parent/Guardian,
                                 

I am writing to inform you of the recent unacceptable behaviour of your son during Systems and Control lessons. Although he works well during practical lessons he is uncooperative during lessons that involve concentration and paperwork. He regularly takes too long to settle down and often prevents others learning by intermittent talking. Recently he has arrived late to class, which also delays the start of the lessons.

I would be grateful if you would talk to _______________ about the need to arrive on time to lessons and the importance of allowing other pupils the opportunity to progress in class.
