Parent/Guardian,
I am writing to you regarding
your son __________. I have always found him well mannered, pleasant
and willing to accept the consequences of his actions. On
______________ he was held on detention having been given the
detention letter, for lack of work, several days before.
However, when told to stay behind at the end of the lesson he made a
disrespectful and inappropriate comment, a comment he also repeated.
_____________ may wish to tell you exactly what he said.
_______________ has been placed on another detention. He also needs
to improve his work rate as he has a good chance of achieving a
decent GCSE grade in Resistant Materials. He will only be successful
if he works hard and completes all his coursework.
