Dear Parent or Guardian,
I am writing to inform you of the unacceptable behaviour of your
son. In recent a lesson on _____________ it was discovered that he
had stolen material/equipment worth______ from the Technology
Department.
In the past your son has caused concern regarding his attitude and
behaviour but this recent incident has caused more serious concern
as it calls into question his honesty. The material stolen is very
important and expensive. If it had not been retrieved several pupils
making their GCSE practical projects would have suffered.
I would be grateful if you would talk to ______________ regarding
respect for other people’s property.
