Your team will need to: Decide on the graphics (images, writing style, colour scheme.....) for the clock and the packaging. Allocate ‘jobs’ / work roles. Remember, your team will manufacture the clock (including hands), the top and bottom of the packaging and the protective insert, using appropriate modelling materials, such as styrofoam. All colour and graphics, to be added. In order the manufacture the clock and packaging, you will need to set up a production line in a workshop, with all the required equipment set out. |
Label the tools and equipment. Show the organisation of the pupils. Include quality control. |
PRODUCTION FLOW CHART - GRAPHICS PRODUCT - BATCH PRODUCTION |
Flow charts are often used to plan the flow of manufacturing on a production line. Each box of a flow chart represents a particular process. Draw a flow chart representing the stages of manufacturing the learning clock. |
